WOW! What a show! It was an absolute thrill to MC the Main Stage at UNLEASH this week in Amsterdam.
Congrats to Marc Coleman, Leah Narodetsky, Viktoria McCann and the whole UNLEASH team for continuing to raise the bar at what was already the best show about the Future Of Work on the planet.
I started the show by outlining the opportunity for HR is to lead the way in making our workplaces better, fairer and more humane.
The five speakers on the Main Stage provided inspiration on how to do just that: Josh Bersin by putting HR into the flow of work, Andrew Keen on the need to remain human in the digital age, the spellbinding Esther Perel on how good relationships are the key to success, Stefan Hyttfors on the currency of trust and Matthieu Ricard on altruism, compassion and happiness.
Together thee represented the strongest group of keynotes I've seen yet at an UNLEASH show. I also enjoyed my fireside chat with the infinitely wise Amit Mohindra on the moral imperative of people analytics.
The most popular one word that the audience used to describe the show was 'inspiring' - I think that says it all. Special thanks to Kristina Koskova and the Slido team for providing the live polling and analytics over the two days.
