David is a popular keynote speaker, moderator and chair who has presented at conferences all over the world.
Keynote speaker
Since 2014, David has spoken at close to 100 events in a multitude of cities including London, New York, San Francisco, Sydney, Moscow, Berlin, Barcelona, Toronto, Dubai, Singapore, Amsterdam, Philadelphia, Helsinki, Las Vegas, Stockholm, Lisbon and Paris. For example, David was the headline speaker at HR Digital in Moscow in September 2017 where he delivered a 60 minute keynote to over 600 people on 'People Analytics and its role in the Future of Work' and also ran a workshop on 'Getting Started with People Analytics'. David has also given keynote speeches at number of other events including the HR Tech Summit in Toronto in 2018, LinkedIn’s Talent Intelligence Experience summits in Paris and Sydney in 2018, and Leading with Talent Analytics in Barcelona in 2019.
Chair
David is regularly invited to chair industry events on people analytics, HR technology and the future of work. For example, David was MC of the Main Stage at UNLEASH (formerly HR Tech World) in Amsterdam in 2018. Previously, he has regularly chaired the Smart Data breakout at the UNLEASH shows in Europe and the US. He has also been the main chair of Tucana's annual People Analytics World event in London since 2015, co-chairs the People Analytics & Future of Work conferences in San Francisco, Philadelphia and London with Al Adamsen, and was also chair of the inaugural SHRM Tech EMEA Conference in Dubai in February 2019.

Consulting
David provides a range of consulting services through his role as Executive Director at Insight222 to help organisations embark upon and progress their people analytics and digital HR journeys. As part of the team at Insight222, David is regularly invited to share his knowledge on people analytics, HR technology and the future of work at internal company events, which since the start of 2017 includes global organisations such as ABN Amro, Bosch, Nestlé, GE Energy, Olam International, Vodafone, Rolls Royce and AXA.
David is heavily involved in the delivery of Insight222’s signature offering - The People Analytics Program, which is currently provided to over 50 global organisations in North America and Europe, and through a combination of consulting, networking and learning services, is designed to help members put people analytics at the centre of business.

Advisory
